Melbourne usually draws huge crowds and this weekend did not disappoint. Record breaking crowds went to see what the fuss is all about. It was incredibly well organised with excellent infrastructure and helpful volunteers at every corner. Well done Melbourne, from the extra trams laid on to shuttle the crowds to the free water and wonderful array of available food, a very successful Grand Prix weekend.

Fantastaic array of classic cars, not only on display but actually racing too! These cars were also used for the F1 drivers parade on Race Day which was very cool to see.

We were privileged enoughto get to walk the Pit Lane, sadly a lot of the cars were under wraps (Ferrari even had their garage screened closed) but it was still a real thrill to see the Pit Wall, the starting clock, podium and garages up close and personal and end it all by driving the whole track on the back of a flat bed truck!

The yellow lines are the markings for where the cars come in for a pit stop. All 4 tyres are changed in around 2.4 seconds on average.
It is pristine inside all the garages, almost surgical theatre clean!!Incredible to see.
